What’s in the Monthly Must-Haves Subscription Boxes?
The Monthly Must-Haves are a surprise box delivered to your door every month to help prepare and pamper mom and baby. Every box has items for mom and baby valued at a minimum of $75. In every box we include 2 exclusive Louis and Léa products, 1 handmade item from a local maker or small business, 1 wooden decorative disc made by a local maker, 1 exclusive Louis and Léa print, 1 keepsake card, and 1 featured company discount or sample.
How much is shipping?
FREE! All subscriptions include free shipping every month!
Can I add additional products from the product shop to my monthly box?
Yes, simply purchase through our shop, and once at checkout, simply choose the "pick-up" option, and we'll add it to your next month's box! No problem!
What’s the difference between the 3 offers for the Monthly Must-Haves Subscription?
We have something for everyone! Our best value offer is definitely the 12 Month Commitment which you save over 20%, which also includes a FREE baby monitor shipped with your first box! The 6 Month Commitment is our most popular plan which saves you over 17% on your subscription and also includes a FREE baby monitor shipped with your first box! The third option is the Month to Month Subscription which you save 11% and is the only plan you can pause or cancel at any time. If you'd like to gift a subscription, we also offer a one time payment for 3, 6, or 12 months. Just make sure to include your friends shipping information and email address so they receive our exclusive membership information.
How do I log into my account?
It is always best to set up your account as soon as you subscribe so you can see and keep track of all your orders. You may do so by clicking on the person icon in the menu bar. This is where you can also cancel your subscription once your commitment plan is completed. https://louisandlea.com/account/register
When will I get my box?
Every Monthly Must-Haves Subscription box is billed on the 1st of every month, and then processed and shipped out on the 10th of every month.
Where’s my box?
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. *Shipping times increased slightly since covid*. In Canada, you should receive your order within a week after being processed. All orders not part of a subscription are processed within 24hrs during regular business hours. In USA, you should receive your order 7-14 days after being processed. *Any product or box that is indicated as PRE-SALE, will be shipped 4-8 weeks from the process date.
What if my order is lost, damaged or stolen?
We are proud to offer Route Shipping Protection. At checkout, you will have the option of adding Route to your order. This will protect you from lost, damaged or stolen orders. On average, Route will only cost you 1% of your total order, and is automatically added once selected.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
We understand life happens. You can pause any subscription starting on month 3 of your commitment for only one month at a time. Your subscription will be automatically un-paused the following month. Just email us at hello@louisandlea.com to do so. The option to cancel will depend on your subscription choice. The Month to Month option is the only subscription you can cancel or pause at any time. If you choose the 6 or 12 month commitment, you may only cancel after the length of your subscription. If you don't fulfill your entire commitment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee which is the same as one month from your membership. This is to help prevent fraud, recover costs from promotions, and restocking fees.
Is there a Louis and Léa community?
Yes! We have many ways to stay engaged with our members. We have a Louis and Léa newsletter you can subscribe at any time, and we have Louis and Léa Raising Little Ones Facebook Group. It is a private community of expecting, new and experienced moms who are there to support each other in this crazy and lovely journey called life with little ones. Being part of this group, you also get exclusive access to sales, giveaways and resources!
Is your packaging recyclable?
Absolutely! Our boxes are made from 100% recycled material, are easily recyclable, and are naturally biodegradable.

We ship from our home office in central Canada.

What's your return policy?
We do not provide refunds for change of mind but we want your online shopping experience to be as easy and problem free as possible. If there is any product that is damaged or defective, we will replace it if needed. However, you must contact us by email within 7 days of delivery, with a picture of the damaged product to: hello@louisandlea.com. Every request will be evaluated case by case.
Can I give a Louis and Léa subscription as a gift?
Of course, in fact we encourage it! You can make a mom + baby feel pampered and prepared. Just sign up to Louis and Léa as you normally would but enter your friends shipping information when doing so. You can also write a special note (in the note section at checkout) that we will handwrite on your behalf. Please make sure to include their email address so they receive our exclusive membership information.
I received a product that is different than the one on your website, why could that be?
In some cases depending on availability, products may vary in colour and print.
What are your regular business hours?
Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 17h00 CST. This excludes all major/stat national (Canada) and provincial (Manitoba) holidays.
I'm expecting multiples, can I get another set of baby products added to my subscription?
Yes, you absolutely can! Message us at hello@louisandlea and we will be glad to set you up for an additional $20.00 per baby per month. Congrats Mama!
Where's my box?
If a box is returned to us because it could not be delivered for any reason, you will be responsible to pay the shipping fee for us to send it back to you once again. This may occur if you have a P.O. Box or live in an apartment. To prevent this from happening, please make sure you pick up your box in a timely manner.
