Is your packaging recyclable?

Absolutely! Our boxes are made from 100% recycled material, are easily recyclable, and are naturally biodegradable.

I just placed my order, when can I expect my shipment?

You will receive an email confirmation with an estimated time of delivery. Orders are processed 24-48 hours (regular business hours) after the purchase. You can expect your order 1-2 weeks after the process date. Shipping times may vary. Covid and Holidays have added shipping time in 2020. *Any product or box that is indicated as PRESALE, will be shipped 4-8 weeks from the process date.

How much is shipping?

In North America, (excluding certain states and provinces) shipping is FREE with your quarterly subscription, or when you spend $75 before taxes. Some promos will offer Free Shipping as well. Otherwise Shipping will be calculated at check out and will vary depending on your location. If you have an urgent delivery requirement, choose the expedited delivery option at checkout for an additional fee.

We ship from our home office in central Canada.

What's your return policy?

We do not provide refunds for change of mind but we want your online shopping experience to be as easy and problem free as possible. If there is any product that is damaged or defective, we will replace it if needed. However, you must contact us by email within 7 days of delivery, with a picture of the damaged product to: ​hello@louisandlea.com. Every request will be evaluated case by case.

I received a product that is different than the one on your website, why could that be?

In some rare cases depending on availability, products may vary slightly due to demand. All items will be similar but the manufacturer may vary.

What's your cancellation policy?

We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to your account, and select the option to cancel. If you have committed for a longer subscription and have boxes left to receive, you will be charged for the remaining boxes and will be shipped the remaining boxes as scheduled. This applies to the quarterly Milestone Subscription. Upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

We are proud to offer Route insurance at check out for your order's safety and tracking! Route is a third party company that provides peace of mind for an average cost of only 1% of your order. In the event of your order being lost, stolen or damaged, Route will refund you initial order if you selected it at checkout.

Will I get my order before Christmas?

Great question. With all the uncertainty this year surrounding Covid, delayed shipping times, and massive jump in e-commerce, we have seen unprecedented delays both in Canada and the USA. For those reasons, we cannot guarantee Christmas arrivals, however we suggest you order early and choose the Route Insurance to track your order. It is automatically clicked on at checkout. All orders on or after December 1st, 2020 will be processed 24-48 hours after the purchase. (During regular business hours excluding holidays)

What are your regular business hours?

Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 17h00 CST. This excludes all major/stat national (Canada) and provincial (Manitoba) holidays.
